Job Description

This job relates to Customer Quality and the main purpose is to analyze customer feedback and to develop measures to optimize the customers' perception.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer feedback (e.g. from interviews conducted by external market research agencies)
  • Document the development of customer satisfaction key performance indicators for top management and internal stakeholders
  • Evaluate and cluster explicit customer feedback (drivers for satisfaction/dissatisfaction)
  • Present analysis results to internal customers and stakeholders
  • Lead and organize root cause analyses for critical customer feedback in operational units
  • Guide and support business experts from operational or supporting units in developing concrete optimization measures
  • Monitor the implementation of agreed measures and track their impact on customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Analytical skills and experience in action/measure management
  • Background in SBU environment
  • Experience with data visualization & reporting tools (e.g. Power BI)
  • Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative analysis (e.g. interview evaluation, basic statistics) 
  • Change management skills to accompany implementation and ensure stakeholder buy-in
  • Communication and presentation skills (towards management & operational units) 
  • German language skills required (oral & written)
  • Team-oriented and structured way of working
  • English – optional
  • Familiar with MS365
