Business Operations Manager B2B

Main Responsibilities

• Strategic support: analytical and organizational support across multiple initiatives such as OKRs, reports, and business priorities.
• Deliverables: taking ownership of specific deliverables (e.g., decks, reports, workshops), ensuring they are initiated, structured, aligned across stakeholders and completed on time.
• Market research: competitor and market trend analysis, contribution to business strategy.
• Cross-team liaison: routing questions, conducting surface-level research, and setting up workshops.
• Stakeholder management: maintaining strong relationships through proactive communication and structured updates.
• Meeting support: agendas, materials, minutes, action-item tracking, calendar coordination, and occasional presentations.

Core Requirements

• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Good understanding of core business functions and their interdependencies.
• Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders at different levels, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
• Ability to prepare executive-level presentations and turn complex input into clear, data-driven narratives.
• Hands-on experience with meeting facilitation, agenda setting, action-item tracking, and calendar coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Salary Range

• Gross Salary 2900- 4000 EUR/Month.
