You will build and maintain program dashboards, communicate progress to senior stakeholders, and design playbooks that make migrations repeatable and efficient. Success in this role means creating structure in an ambiguous environment, ensuring tools are transitioned securely, and enabling the business to adopt a more modern, scalable platform.
Responsibilities
- Interface with business and technical stakeholders to drive program/project schedules, reporting, and delivery.
- Oversee the migration of ~1800 tools and services to a new tenant, coordinating with tool owners, product managers, security, and infrastructure teams.
- Maintain and continuously update an inventory of tools, ownership, dependencies, and readiness status.
- Coordinate intake, security reviews, testing, and validation workflows for each tool or service.
- Partner with engineering, identity, and compliance teams to ensure smooth tool transitions.
- Understand and guide authentication/authorization flows, system dependencies, and cloud integration requirements.
- Drive alignment across cross-functional teams, proactively resolve blockers, and escalate critical risks.
- Design repeatable playbooks, workflows, and communication templates to streamline migrations.
- Deliver weekly dashboards and progress updates to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget, following structured risk and governance processes.
Qualifications
- 8–10 years of overall program management experience, with at least 4–5 years managing large-scale technical programs.
- Strong understanding of system and application architectures, including APIs, authentication mechanisms, and cloud deployment models.
- Hands-on experience with identity integration, SSO, and migration projects.
- Proven track record coordinating cross-functional initiatives across engineering, infrastructure, and security domains.
- Proficiency with program management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, Excel, and Power BI.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and build structured, repeatable processes where none exist.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in enterprise-scale migration or modernization programs.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and CI/CD workflows.
- Prior experience collaborating with identity and security teams in a large enterprise environment.
- Experience building or supporting dashboards, reporting frameworks, and operational KPIs.
- Exposure to supply chain planning or related enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP IBP).
- Previous experience working in large, matrixed organizations
