About the roleWe’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Checkout team on a 10-month fixed-term contract. This role is all about owning and evolving critical parts of our customer journey. You’ll solve meaningful user problems, deliver measurable outcomes, and help Moonpig continue its mission to become the Ultimate Gifting Companion.
Working with a cross-functional squad of Designers, Engineers, Analysts, Researchers, and Data Scientists, you’ll use experimentation, insights, and creativity to optimise our checkout experience for millions of customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the discovery, design, and delivery of features that improve the checkout experience
- Leverage AI tools to enhance ideation, content creation, and insights
- Run A/B and multivariate tests to validate hypotheses and improve outcomes
- Partner with marketing and commercial teams to support launches and boost adoption
- Communicate priorities and progress clearly across the business
- Ensure customer needs are championed throughout the product development lifecycle
About You:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a digital or ecommerce environment
- Skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering, Analytics, and Data Science
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer needs
- Confident using data and experimentation to guide decisions
- Excellent communication skills — able to influence and align diverse stakeholders
- Familiar with A/B testing tools and methodologies
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in ecommerce or high-volume digital products
- Familiarity with AI tools in product workflows
