Position Summary

The TEMP- Styling  is a detail-oriented and highly organized individual who supports the  Styling team in preparing and executing styling for photoshoots at Kith. This role involves assisting with garment preparation, on-set coordination, and ensuring that all styling elements align with the brand’s creative vision and standards.

The TEMP - Styling plays a key role in maintaining an efficient workflow during photoshoots, managing wardrobe logistics, and contributing to the creation of impactful visuals for campaigns, e-commerce, and editorial content. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, highly adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and preparing wardrobe items for photoshoots, including steaming, ironing, pinning, and tailoring garments.
• Ensure all clothing, accessories, and footwear are clean, properly tagged, and ready for use.
• Help with outfit coordination, following the Men’s Stylist’s creative direction.
• Provide hands-on assistance during photoshoots, including dressing models, making styling adjustments, and maintaining the overall look of outfits.
• Manage wardrobe changes efficiently to keep the shoot on schedule.
• Monitor garments and accessories on set to ensure they remain in pristine condition and consistent with the creative vision.
• Maintain an organized inventory of clothing, accessories, and props, ensuring all items are accounted for before and after shoots.
• Coordinate with the styling team to handle wardrobe returns, repairs, or replacements as needed.
• Assist with packing and transporting wardrobe items to and from the studio or shoot locations.
• Work closely with the Men’s Stylist, photographers, models, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of styling.
• Communicate any wardrobe or logistical issues promptly to the Stylist or production lead.
• Support the creative team with additional tasks as required to facilitate shoot operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in fashion styling, wardrobe management, or photoshoot production is preferred.
• Strong understanding of men’s fashion and an eye for detail in garment presentation.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on approach and willingness to take direction while working collaboratively with a creative team.
• Physical ability to lift and transport wardrobe items and set up styling areas.
