Business Operations Analyst

As our Business Operations Specialist, you will be an essential part of the YETI Business Operations team, applying your master data knowledge and cross-functional understanding of how data can support business growth. Your eye for detail and structural mind set will drive strong data integrity, structured processes and quality across the organization. In this role, you will partner with the key players in the organization to ensure data supports future growth.  

Responsibilities:

• Support the creation of and ensure compliance against, master data governance policies.  
• Create, maintain master data records in ERP and B2B systems.   
• Work closely with Merchandising for the setup of new seasons and launches in all relevant systems.  
• Conduct regular data cleaning and quality assurance activities.  
• Set up and management of assortments to support the B2B ordering process.  
• Set up admin in the B2B tool.  
• Work closely with Supply Planning ensuring master data accuracy and transmission to the warehouses.  
• Participate in master data related projects such as Master Data Management (MDM) SAP, supporting design and testing where needed.  
• Improve data processes and systems continuously.  

Qualifications And Attributes:

• Bachelor’S Degree Required.

• At least 3-4 years of experience in a data management role.  
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency in BI tools  
• Ability to adapt and work in an entrepreneurial fast-paced environment.  
• Ability to communicate clearly in the English Language (both written and verbally).  
• Experience with SAP Master Data Management & B2B tools preferred.  
• Must have the right to work in The Netherlands
