BI Analytics Leader

Job Description

Experience: Minimum 15 years (15–18 years preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team with 4–5 years of proven leadership experience.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment through strong listening skills and a democratic leadership style.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of ETL processes using tools such as Azure, Informatica, and Alteryx.
• Drive business intelligence initiatives by leveraging Power BI and Tableau for reporting and visualization.
• Manage and optimize databases, ensuring efficient query writing and overall database performance.
• Design and implement robust data warehousing solutions, with expertise in DDL, DML, data marts, star and snowflake schemas, and handling incremental as well as full data loads.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data solutions with business needs.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Experience: 15–18 years in data engineering, with at least 15 years as a minimum requirement.
• Leadership: 4–5 years of experience leading teams, with strong people management and mentoring skills.
• ETL Tools: Azure, Informatica, Alteryx
• BI Tools: Power BI, Tableau
• Databases: Query writing, database management

• Technical Expertise:

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Data Concepts: Data warehousing, DDL, DML, data marts, star and snowflake schemas, incremental and full loads
