Introduction To The Job

To hire a Business Development Manager for EUV business for tsmc account for the required bandwidth due to increasing EUV business

Role And Responsibilities

To do the business development job of EUV business line including:

Business development for EUV installed bases. Project management for evaluation program, and secure value proposition Ensure product strategy is formulated and aligned execution plan to support maximizing business objectives.

1. To identify where the market are on EUV Install base.
2. To define what are the suitable product for EUV technology lifetime extension.
3. To define product strategy for each customer/fab and defend product value. 4. To align with account strategy for each customer with Business line and Account team.
4. To execute the penetration/business plan in customer site with support by CS team and Business line
5. To execute the evaluation/ or NTP project per customer with support by CS team and Business line
6. Master degree of Engineering or Science
7. >10 years of engineering experience in semi-conductor industry, with customer fab/RnD process experience is preferred.
8. At least 3 years in business

Other Information

This BD Manager will report to Ct Technology Leader or a Senior BD Manager We expect the BDM on-board no later than Nov 1, 2025

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
