Financial Reporting Analyst

Citi’s EMEA Regulatory Reporting Centre in Budapest is a key part of Finance function of Citigroup.  It is Citi’s pioneering centre on a global scale where local regulatory reporting professionals work together in a central location, to ensure consistent quality of local regulatory reporting.


In this position you will use and expand your experience and professional skills for the following responsibilities:

  • Create and formulate various reports that detail important aspects of the bank’s financials for the Central Banks and other regulators
  • Apply and develop controls and reports including reconciliations, static data and variance analysis
  • Be a valuable source of information to Local Finance teams, Financial Control, Treasury, Risk Departments (e.g. audits, regulatory inquiries)
  • Identify control improvement opportunities
  • Take part in process migration, efficiency and innovation projects


The ideal candidate for this position preferably possesses the following qualifications and skills:

  • Fluent English Knowledge

  • 1-2 years' work experience – in Reporting, Accounting or Finance
  • University/College Degree

  • Advanced MS Excel user
  • Excellent Analytical Skill
