Senior Consulting Analyst

As a Technical Consulting Analyst within Seating Customer Services feature team you will:                                               

• Support implementation teams throughout implementation projects. 
• Handle post-implementation Customer Requests, from requirement clarifications to features activations and post-implementation support. 
• Support the industrialization of seating features. 
• Deliver customized services to Seating customers. 
• Contribute to strengthen and promote our Professional Services offer. 
• Document and share knowledge (no one is exempted). 
• Why? To ensure that the implementation of seating features goes smoothly and is not breaking Production. 
• How? By analyzing and adjusting seating setup before the cutover, investigating issues raised during Business Process Testing or rehearsal, reviewing Cutover Window Plan, providing support at cutover time, etc.
• Why? To ensure that airlines’ requests are relevant with regards to their seating policy. 
• How? By analyzing incoming customer requests, challenging the scope whenever relevant, implementing the CR according to the post-implementation catalogue scope.
• Why? To ensure that seating implementations become “faster, better, simpler”.  
• How? By simplifying seating activation processes and features deployment, tackling settings discrepancies, maintaining and enriching the catalogue of seating features, reviewing customer documentation material (deep dives, user guide, etc.).
• Why? Because each airline has specific needs and constraints. 
• How? By collecting a customer’s business needs and assessing them against its seating configuration, reviewing concrete business scenarios with the customer, providing recommendations & possible solutions, implementing the proposed changes. 
• Why? Because Professional Services have become an important source of revenue for Airline IT, and they guarantee that we maximize the value of our company for our customers. 
• How? By communicating around our Seating services offer, identifying proactively service opportunities for our customers, approaching Extended Account Teams to raise interest in Seating consulting offer.
• Why? To ensure that anyone has access to concrete airline information – strategy, distinctive configuration or feature usage. 
• How? By gathering and sharing, for each project, information on airline’s seating policy, project scope, identified limitations and project outcome.
