Responsibilities
As part of the National Accounts team, you will work diligently to drive strategic revenue growth and strengthen advisor engagement. You will be responsible for leading national accounts initiatives, developing and executing sales strategies, developing new relationships, expanding advisor penetration, and enhancing the overall experience for key partners. You will utilize a collaborative mindset, a passion for building relationships, and a deep understanding of sales operations, account management, and the Insurance industry.
The ideal candidate has an industry background, entrepreneurial mindset, a track record of success in strengthening agent relationships, operational acumen, and exhibits leadership qualities.
Strategic Sales Leadership & Growth
- Develop and execute proactive sales strategies to increase revenue within national accounts and new accounts
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and advisors across accounts
- Equip Ash Teams with tools, coaching, and strategies to maximize their impact
- Know the benefits and features of product offerings
- Be aware of new or modified product offerings, rate changes, state approvals, and industry developments
- Identify high-potential accounts and drive increased advisor penetration and engagement
- Engage in proposal development and tailor unique solutions to strengthen partnerships
- Lead the delivery of impactful business reviews and expand strategic initiatives
- Support Sales efforts by coordinating conference schedules, study groups and client engagement activities
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM, tracking interactions, opportunities, and account performance
National Accounts Operations
- Actively work with the National Accounts team to drive strong operational support within accounts
- Collaborate with accounts and team to ensure account success from beginning stages through maintenance, including operational efficiency
- Have in-depth knowledge of Ash Brokerage’s Management Systems
- Have a deep understanding of carrier and product restrictions within the accounts
- Actively identify and implement process improvements to enhance service and efficiency
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align on business priorities and streamline support

Education And Experience:
- Associate degree with major in business or related field plus two years of experience at Ash Brokerage or BGA/Financial Services equivalent experience
- Life and Health license, Series 6 & 63 required or obtain within first year
- Travel at least 25% - 50% of the time
- Fort Wayne preferred, with ability to work remotely if needed
