The Opportunity

Allegro MicroSystems is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Supply Chain Planner to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing robust supply chain plans to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of our products. You will leverage your expertise in forecasting, inventory management, and S&OP processes to optimize our supply chain performance, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do:

• Develop and execute comprehensive supply plans that align with demand forecasts, production capabilities, and inventory targets.
• Lead demand and supply planning activities for assigned product lines, ensuring accuracy and responsiveness to market changes.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product Management teams to integrate business plans into the S&OP process.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, forecast accuracy issues, and opportunities for optimization.
• Manage inventory levels to balance customer service requirements with working capital objectives.
• Identify potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of supply.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain planning processes, leveraging best practices and analytical tools.
• Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing overall supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance, key metrics, and recommendations to stakeholders.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain planning, preferably within the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.
• Proven expertise in demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory management, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in supply chain planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis) and advanced Excel.
• Solid understanding of ERP systems and their application in supply chain processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., APICS CSCP, CPIM) are a plus.
