Associate / Practice Leader, Project Management

In this position, you will join our growing Indonesia Built Environment business, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients across all types of building and infrastructure projects.

• Manage and coordinate projects across diverse sectors and teams.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Lead or support specialist areas such as project planning, cost control, document management, and reporting.
• Evaluate project opportunities and contribute to business development.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
• Use digital tools and innovative approaches to enhance project delivery.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to a positive client experience.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

What can you bring to the team?

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field. Prior experience in consultancy would be advantageous.
• Experience in project management or a related field.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project risks.
• Understand project management consultancy in Indonesia context.
• Familiarity with digital collaboration and information management tools.
• A proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Extensive knowledge of the industry network, including professional contacts, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders.
