Job Position

Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking Associate Architect who have experience in cloud and snowflake technologies and accountable for solutioning and designing of applications.
 

Job Responsibility

• Solution architect to drive cloud migration, Building & enhancing application in cloud that would house the monthly reporting functionality for Clients (Employer Groups, Broker, Consultants)
• Providing technical product and deep architectural expertise & latest capabilities within project architect community
• Ability to lead team of 10-12 tech leads and coach them on architectural path.
• Brings thought leadership and solution mindset to solve the business problems by effective use of technology.
• Have deep domain and technology depth to drive solutions end to end.
• Should be a good collaborator and knows how to influence people at all levels.
• Able to work with business and technology leaders to represent his or team view to secure funding for tech initiative by clearing calling out cost benefit analysis.
• Responsible for architectural/design choices to ensure the maintainability / scalability / performance/reusability of the applications developed.

Qualification

• B. Tech /B.E. /MCA

Experience

• 12+ years of overall experience in developing enterprise scale technology solutions.
• Experience in providing architecture recommendations.
• Experience in managing global stakeholders across geographies.
• Healthcare / Insurance domain experience would be good to have
• Strong experience in .Net Core, Containerization, Microservices, API Gateway with cloud migration or deployment is preferred.
• Strong experience in migration to cloud platforms and tooling, especially in AWS services and Snowflake
• Experience with OpenID authentication like OKTA is a must.
• Hands on experience with any reporting frameworks like SSRS , PowerBI etc.
• Need experience with Kubernetes engines like EKS or Openshift.
• Need experience with LOE (Level of Estimation) submission, converting the features to stories and creating JIRA tasks.
• Deep expertise and hands-on experience developing and deploying SQL, Python or Scala to build ETL/data pipelines into production environments.
• Experience in Cloud integration technologies such as AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, etc.
• Experience with AI/ML use cases will be preferred.

Skills And Competencies

• Need a strong base in Sql Server and Snowflake to recommend the best practices to the team. Also help the team with performance tuning and optimization techniques.
• Need expertise level of skills in building SPA with React or Angular with deep understanding of routing, components, services, unit testing.
• Deep expertise on deployment to servers along with server maintenance is required. Knowledge on CI/CD pipeline is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills, presentation, and data narration / storytelling abilities with demonstrated ability to present to executive audiences.
• Possess strong analytical skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Brings thought leadership and solution mindset to solve the business problems by effective use of technology.
• Have deep domain and technology depth to drive solutions end to end.
• Should be a team player and knows how to influence people at all levels.
• Able to work with business and technology leaders to represent his or team view to secure funding for tech initiative by clearing calling out cost benefit analysis.
