Meet The Team:
We’re the APAC Applications Team – a dynamic, globally connected group driving innovation and operational excellence across our core business systems, including Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS. From Order to Cash to Procurement and Record to Reporting, we collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver impactful solutions. With development teams in Europe, the US, and India, we thrive on cross-regional teamwork and continuous improvement. Where You Come In:
- You directly manage the APAC-based Enterprise Applications team, ensuring alignment with global IT strategy and local business needs.
- You act as the primary management contact for global analysis, development, and testing teams, coordinating their input to meet APAC deliverables.
- You work closely with the Operations and Support Manager to resolve incidents, support production releases, and maintain operational IT processes.
- You support IT Project Managers to ensure timely and effective project delivery across the region.
- You serve as the escalation point for regional risks and issues, driving resolution and accountability.
- You represent the APAC Applications Team in management and project meetings, advocating for regional priorities.
- You collaborate with Global IT Business Partners, regional Business Relationship Managers, and Enterprise Architecture teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.
- You ensure adherence to global IT policies, standards, and processes, fostering a culture of excellence and compliance.
What Makes You Successful:
- You have at least 8 years of experience managing multi-discipline Enterprise Applications development teams.
- You bring deep knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid SDLC methodologies.
- You have hands-on experience with ERP systems, particularly Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS; experience with integrated systems is a plus.
- You are proficient in tools like ServiceNow and JIRA (or their equivalents).
- Your communication and relationship management skills are exceptional, enabling you to lead across cultures and time zones.
- You bring energy, vision, and a strategic mindset to everything you do.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
- You’ve worked in global settings, managing cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.

Experience And Education Requirements:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 8-12 years of industry experience
- Requires a degree in a technical discipline 2-5 years of previous management or lead experience
