We are seeking a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join our Human Resources / Total Rewards team. This is a hybrid position in Tampa, Orlando FL, Austin, Dallas, Houston, TX or any other location where there is an AtkinsRealis office.

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation & Benefits Analyst to support the effective administration of compensation and benefits programs across the U.S. and LATAM regions. In this role, you’ll collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of Total Rewards processes. You’ll play a key role in compensation benchmarking, wellness and recognition initiatives, and benefits compliance—gaining hands-on experience in both the operational and strategic aspects of Total Rewards

How will you contribute to the team?

  • Conduct compensation benchmarking and ad hoc analyses using advanced Excel skills.
  • Support annual compensation processes, including salary reviews and data validation.
  • Complete compensation surveys and maintain job architecture documentation.
  • Assist in the administration of wellness, recognition, and benefits programs.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to support wellness and EAP initiatives.
  • Monitor compliance with compensation and benefits regulations.
  • Draft and distribute communications related to Total Rewards programs.
  • Provide data-driven insights to HR Business Partners and internal stakeholders.

How will you contribute to the team?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in compensation or Total Rewards.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency; PowerPoint skills preferred.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Spanish or Portuguese language skills are a plu
  • Proactive, resourceful, and results-driven.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent prioritization and multitasking abilities.
  • Collaborative and solution-focused mindset.

Expected compensation range is between $65,000 - $75,000 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
