Radio Frequency (RF) Co-op Intern

Radiance Technologies, a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking candidates for Radio Frequency (RF) Coop to support our client and provide a learning opportunity to shape your academic program with a RF focus.

Co-op is available for 2026: Summer and Fall.

The Intern must be able to work fully onsite in Beavercreek, OH.

Required Qualifications:

• Pursuing a STEM bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science. 
• U.S Citizenship with the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance  

Desired Experience:

• Course work or experience performing RF systems analysis and modeling
• Understanding of communication systems theory and RF propagation
• Hands on experience with RF design tools like MATLAB
• Hands on experience with RF test equipment (VNA, spectrum analyzer, power meter..)
