Roles And Responsibilities:

Responsible for OVP (Outside Vendor Product) supplier screening, development and strategy Able to assess different product marketing overview, identify key players, build & enrich OVP supplier base for potential business opportunity Work with the project team, engage cross function team to define clear goal and alignment OVP supplier management like contract, performance, cost reduction, etc. Non-standard product sourcing/RFQ to support daily sales Lead pricing negotiation and engage YOY cost reduction strategy Provide support on Supplier Development and new products development

Requirements & Qualifications

Strong sourcing experience (10 years+ @ multinational manufacture), Bachelor’s degree of engineering is minimum (electronics and IT background preferred). Experienced for electronics manufacture process and quality control Good Program Management Skill (PMP preferred), global sourcing, low-cost sourcing, transfer work experience are required. Capability of building smooth relationship with key stakeholders       Result driven and action oriented Good communication and forward-thinking skills Strong team player Work under pressure

Ability and willingness to travel 50% +
