Production & Material Planner Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning

• Develop and maintain production plans based on demand forecasts and capacity analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and adjust material plans as necessary.
• Provide updated material planning information to support production scheduling.
• Analyze production capacity vs. forecast and identify volume shortfalls.
• Manage Production Work Orders (PWO) in alignment with the production plan.
• Monitor production output vs. plan and escalate issues as needed.

Raw Material Planning

• Manage material inventory to ensure optimal levels and availability.
• Analyze demand forecasts and plan material requirements accordingly to meet production schedules.
• Establish and monitor inventory levels and reorder points to prevent stockouts while minimizing excess inventory.
• Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to align material supply with production needs and delivery schedules.
• Utilize data analysis to control inventory, material usage, and supplier performance.
• Generate regular reports on forecast, inventory status, material requirements, and any issues affecting supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning, procurement or supply chain, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBi).
• Fluency in Thai and English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBi) for data analysis and reporting.

• Problem-solving skills to identify bottlenecks and propose practical solutions.
