Role Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for experienced World-Check Research Analysts to take the next step in their career. As a Senior Research Analyst, you will leverage your deep knowledge of World-Check content and processes to lead initiatives, mentor peers, and drive improvements that strengthen our global risk intelligence capabilities.
This role recognizes consistent high performance, accountability, and leadership potential. It is designed for individuals who have demonstrated expertise, innovation, and collaboration in their current role and are ready to expand their impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support projects within your team and across the wider Risk Operations group.
- Mentor and coach junior analysts, sharing expertise and promoting standard methodologies.
- Provide input on team objectives and strategy, contributing to continuous improvement.
- Drive process improvements by finding opportunities for efficiency and innovation.
- Conduct advanced research and data analysis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
- Collaborate globally with peers, development teams, user groups, and external partners.
- Represent the team in cross-functional initiatives and client-facing interactions when required.
- Champion company culture and values, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
Candidate Profile / Key Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in World-Check research, with strong understanding of content and processes.
- Fluency in English
- Comprehensive knowledge of regional socio-political contexts and trends.
- Proficiency in data capture systems (Dante, Bulk Edit, Bulk Create, SF).
- Proven ability to lead projects, coach peers, and deliver results.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated innovation attitude and proactive problem-solving approach.
