Job Responsibilities:

Join our team as a Press Production Manager! We are seeking dedicated individual who will be responsible for supporting both the Business Unit by performing various functions that will help guide and foster a team spirit that supports the goals of Bowling Green Metalforming. The Production Manager oversees and monitors all activities, and personnel by acting as liaison in matters regarding policy application, employee relations and continuous improvement related to the Business Unit functions. Under the general direction of the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and the Business Unit Leader, the Production Manager has ongoing contacts both internally and externally and must combine technical, human and conceptual skills to plan, control and lead the team toward meeting divisional objectives.

What We Are Looking For:

• Technical Degree in Engineering or recognized Tool & Die Apprenticeship program
• 7 to 10 years’ experience in an automotive stamping environment
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience of a large department

Preferred Qualifications:

• Extensive Knowledge of Automotive Stamping Dies

• Leadership Soft Skills

• Ability to develop front line leadership
• Computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
