The principal role of the OTR Order management Specialist is to manage Order management activities of OTR(Order To Remittance), drive equipment delivery, sales transfers and inventory management in order to meet customer requirements.

GE HealthCare에서 Order management specialist (사원대리급)를 채용합니다. 주로 발주, 배송, 입고, 재고관리를 하는 업무로 Supply chain management 업무를 하신 1년 이상의 경력자 및 영어 커뮤니케이션이 원활하신 분을 우대합니다.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Order management, drive equipment delivery on time, sales transfers, and inventory management
• Managing the ordering schedules of local vendor in line with business objective
• Placing orders and recording with commercial team for local delivery requirements with vendor
• Coordinate all involved players in backlog execution
• Facilitates cross-functional collaborations all related teams proactively and work with logistics and finance team to ensure Month End Close by dealing and all required documentation

Qualifications:

• Min 1 year of working experience in Supply Chain in Health industry is preferred
• Business/Logistics Bachelor’s degree preferred, equivalent training and experience considered
• Sound knowledge of order management based on SCM related experience
• The critical competencies required for success are Interpersonal Effectiveness, Initiative, Teamwork and Supply Chain Management
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
• Strong oral and written communication skills, good team player
• Customer satisfaction oriented
