About Us:

De Goey Contractors (DGC) is a recognized leader in fabrication, protective coating, process piping, installation, and various aspects of coal mining, terminal maintenance projects, port maintenance, manufacturing, and labour hire.

We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator.

Position Details:

• Position: Accounts Payable Administrator
• Start Date: Immediate
• Full-time
• Location: Paget

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable data entry and processing
• End-of-month reporting and reconciliations
• Assist with purchasing procedures
• General accounts support as needed

Qualifications And Experience Required:

• Advanced accounts payable experience (Data Entry, Account Reconciliation, End of Month procedures)
• Strong experience using MYOB (preferably AccountRight)
• Knowledge of accounting processes
• Strong Excel skills and confidence using digital platforms
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to juggle tasks and adapt to shifting priorities
• Knowledge of purchasing processes (desirable)
• Qualifications in Financial Services (desirable)
