Clinical Labeling Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Clinical Labeling Specialist. The position entails daily operational functions of contract label generation services. Also, any additional tasks needed to assist CCL Clinical Systems with day to day operations.

Qualifications

Duties

• Pre-production review of job with Project Leader.
• Allocation of proper label stock to job.
• Prepare production room and workstation for area clearance.
• Print labels in accordance with customer requirements.
• Monitor printing operation for any defects or problems.
• Perform reprint and integration operations for replacement labels.
• Prepare packing labels and materials.
• Properly document tasks and maintain documentation throughout the run.
• Review all documentation prior to forwarding to QA for review/release.
• Fulfill shipping requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum H.S. Diploma.
• Ability to proof read printed material and check written documentation.
• Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions.
• Working knowledge of cGMP regulations and operational SOPs.
• Basic mathematical skills and grammatical knowledge.
• Ability to work accurately and precisely.
• Good communications skills.
• General computer skills.
