What You’Ll Do:
- Responsible for the overall profitability and efficient operation of the banking center.
- Commits to annual deposit, savings, loan referral, and customer retention goals for the banking center.
- Establishes and implements an annual sales and marketing plan to achieve targeted goals.
- Responsible for hiring, developing and motivating associates ensuring all associates are service and focused.
- Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders within our communities.
- Ensures adherence to established security procedures and reporting requirements, and ensures that personnel comply with established bank operating procedures and practices.
- Responsible for sales development activities including incentive program training, referral training, product and services coaching and other activities.
- Creates a FUN and SPIRITED environment to ensure that quality service is provided, sales goals are met, and operations and accounting requirements are satisfied.
- Sets a professional example for the associates in all areas providing for a Legendary Experience.

QualificationsYou’Ve Got This:
- Minimum of 2 years Banking or Retail Operations experience, Management experience with demonstrated results
- Excellent written, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Highly organized; solid time management skills,
- Must be able to read/analyze/interpret data into executable plans that drive business outcomes
- Strong follow-up and excellent client-facing skills.
- Public speaking or training facilitation experience
- Ability to juggle multiple issues simultaneously and prioritize needs of the business.
- Professional, results-driven attitude and flexibility to work in different environments
- Ability to collaborate with associates and leaders in all levels of the organization
- Strong business acumen, facilitation and group leadership skills
- Skilled relationship and rapport building skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field experience
