What You’Ll Be Doing:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies across multiple food brands to optimise costs and enhance customer experience.
- Oversee transportation, warehousing, and delivery operations, coordinating with 3PLs for timely domestic and international distribution.
- Manage inventory levels, demand forecasting, and stock optimisation to minimise shortages, reduce waste, and maintain optimal stock.
- Lead supplier relationships and negotiations, ensuring quality, compliance, sustainability, and performance metrics are met.
- Coordinate new product launches with marketing, operations, procurement, and culinary teams to integrate supply chain needs seamlessly.
- Analyse logistics data and KPIs to identify process improvements and drive continuous enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with global regulations, food safety standards, customs, and environmental requirements.
- Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Partner with franchisees, internal teams, and external stakeholders to forecast demand, resolve supply issues, and support market expansion.
- Drive sustainability initiatives, including reducing logistics carbon footprint and promoting ethical sourcing.
- Prepare reports on supply chain performance, budgets, and strategic recommendations for executive leadership.
What We’Re Looking For:
We’re looking for a seasoned supply chain and logistics leader who thrives in fast-paced, multi-brand environments. You’ll have a proven track record in managing global operations, optimising inventory, and driving efficiencies across perishable goods and franchise networks. A natural influencer, you’ll build strong relationships with suppliers, franchisees, and internal teams while leading your team to deliver results. Highly organised, commercially astute, and adaptable, you’ll confidently make strategic decisions that improve performance and support growth.
You’Ll Also Bring:
- Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (desirable).
- Extensive experience in senior-level supply chain leadership, preferably within food retail, franchise, or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record managing multi-brand, global operations, including perishable goods, international trade, and franchise models.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with hands-on experience in inventory management, demand planning, and operational planning.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across cultures and organisational levels.
- High attention to detail, organisational awareness, and ability to make timely decisions in dynamic and uncertain environments.
- Experience driving business improvement, managing priorities, and fostering high-performing, collaborative teams.
