About the Graduate Program

We are seeking enthusiastic graduates to join Repurpose It as part of our People & Culture Graduates Program. This program is designed to develop your skills, provide hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle, and give you exposure to a dynamic, purpose-driven organisation.

As a graduate, you’ll work closely with our People & Culture team, gaining experience in induction and onboarding, professional development, workforce planning, health and wellbeing, recruitment, and employee engagement initiatives.

Your Role

As a People & Culture Graduate, you will be an integral part of the HR function, supporting key initiatives across the organisation. You’ll gain exposure to a variety of projects and operational tasks, developing practical skills and insight into the workings of a growing business. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with induction, onboarding, and training programs
• Supporting recruitment and administration processes
• Maintaining compliance schedules and HR documentation
• Facilitating exit processes, including surveys and interviews
• Assisting with health, wellbeing, and employee engagement initiatives
• Contributing to the development of policies, procedures, and position descriptions

This is a hands-on role, ideal for a graduate looking to apply their studies in HR or Business within a supportive and collaborative team environment.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should:

• Be in your final year or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or Psychology
• Have strong administrative skills, with prior experience an advantage
• Hold full working rights in Australia and a Victorian driver’s license
• Be able to work on-site in Essendon Fields and Epping
• Demonstrate excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
• Show empathy, honesty, and a genuine approach in dealing with people
• Understand and commit to confidentiality, with knowledge of employment legislation an advantage
