The Opportunity

The SAP FICO & Concur Functional Consultant will provide expert support for SAP FICO and Concur systems, ensuring effective operation, issue resolution, and continuous improvement. The role is responsible for system administration, developing solutions with consultants and developers, documenting processes, and identifying risks and opportunities for system enhancements. This role requires strong functional expertise, communication skills, and the ability to bridge finance and IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end functional support for SAP FICO and Concur systems
• Act as system administrator, ensuring access control, configuration, and compliance
• Collect and analyse business requirements, work with developers to design and implement solutions
• Troubleshoot user issues and provide timely resolutions
• Prepare SOPs, process documentation, and training materials to support end-user
• Identify system risks, inefficiencies, and propose improvement initiatives
• Support integration between SAP and Concur and other system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and external consultants to deliver enhancements and projects

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
• 7+ years’ hands-on experience in SAP FICO, with configuration and support knowledge
• Practical experience with Concur Expense and Invoice modules
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate business needs into system solutions
• Excellent documentation skills (SOPs, process maps, training materials)
• Strong communication skills to work across finance, operations, and IT teams
• Experience in system administration, integration, and user support
• Proven ability to liaise between business users and developers/consultants
• Bilingual (English/Chinese) preferred but not essential
