- Create, check, and update POs accurately across Netsuite and Shopify, managing costs, delivery tracking, and style amendments.
- Organise sample movements for design, photoshoots, and sign-off meetings; track returns and maintain sample order for key milestones.
- Liaise with suppliers to chase approvals, fabrics, lab dips, strike-offs, and ensure accurate and timely updates.
- Maintain clear organisation of fabric approvals and bulk swatches, tracking compliance and keeping records accessible.
- Produce weekly competitor reports, capturing trends, promotions, and pricing strategies to share with Buyers.
- Keep company-wide collection overview documents updated and accurate, ensuring all departments have aligned details and deadlines.
- Ensure products are accurately attributed in systems before launch
- Coordinate campaign and ecommerce sample availability, manage image reshoot requests, and flag styling issues.
- Pull and analyse weekly sales and performance reports, preparing insights for Buyers and Merchandising, and contributing to post-collection wrap-up decks.
What You’Ll Need To Bring
- Previous experience in an administrative, buying, merchandising, or fashion production support role.
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident communicator, able to liaise effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
