The Role

We are seeking an experienced Park Manager to oversee the operations of Lakeside Forster Holiday Park & Village. This full-time, live-on-site position involves managing daily operations, leading a diverse team, and ensuring guests have unforgettable holiday experiences.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring accommodations, amenities, and guest services exceed expectations.
• Confidently engage with village residents and foster a strong sense of community by providing ongoing support and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• Lead and inspire a diverse team of staff across various departments.
• Drive occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction through innovative marketing and exceptional customer service.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Oversee budgets, financial reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain the park’s aesthetic appeal through hands-on maintenance and landscaping oversight.
• Build strong relationships with the local community and stakeholders to enhance the park’s reputation.

About You

• Hospitality Management or related experience (qualifications highly regarded).
• Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate your team.
• A guest-first & resident-first mindset with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and sustainability practices.
• Proficiency in hospitality systems (reservations, POS, property management).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A current (or willingness to obtain) National Police Check and First Aid Certificate.
