About The Role
The Automation Product Specialist will support the development and implementation of automation solutions that enhance efficiency and scalability within healthcare marketing operations. Working closely with the Automation Product Manager and cross-functional teams, this role ensures automation tools are effectively integrated into existing workflows.
The primary focus will be GoHighLevel (GHL) for landing page builds, email design/deployment, and CRM management. The role will also include some HubSpot campaign deployment. Candidates should be comfortable executing automations, building assets, and optimizing workflows for lead generation and conversion.
Responsibilities
- Execute product roadmaps for automation solutions within healthcare marketing operations.
- Build and optimize landing pages (HTML/CSS/WordPress), focusing on UX/UI and conversion.
- QA landing page functionality, improve designs/flows, perform edits and A/B testing.
- Design, QA, and deploy email templates in GoHighLevel (GHL) and HubSpot.
- Manage CRM processes in GHL (lists, reporting, troubleshooting).
- Collaborate with engineering, data, and marketing teams to support automation initiatives.
- Conduct product QA for new features, integrations, and tools.
- Support scalable workflow implementation and efficiency gains.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years in product management, automation, or process optimization (healthcare/marketing tech preferred).
- Experience with GHL (GoHighLevel) and HubSpot automations.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI design for lead generation and conversion.
- Basic HTML, CSS, and WordPress skills.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools, workflow optimization, and QA.
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
