Medtronic Italia S.p.A. is seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our Cranial & Spinal Technologies Operating Unit. In this impactful role, you will help shape and implement marketing strategies that support transformative medical technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams at the forefront of the medical device industry, driving engagement, ensuring regulatory excellence, and supporting business growth. This is a remote position based in Italy, offering the flexibility to work both remotely and in-office. You will be part of the Marketing team for the Italy & Alpine Region, working closely with colleagues in Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, and Product Management. Occasional travel may be required to participate in industry events, congresses, and in-person collaborations. As you step into a role previously held by a senior team member, your expertise will be essential in sustaining momentum and ensuring continuity. You will join a dynamic, international environment that values innovation and compliance, supported by strong leadership and ongoing development opportunities.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Partner with Product Managers to design and deliver marketing plans that drive adoption of Cranial & Spinal Technologies (CST)
  • Coordinate promotional initiatives across diverse channels, including digital, in-person events, and direct marketing activities
  • Work closely with the sales team to equip them with effective tools and resources for customer engagement
  • Oversee the preparation and management of contracts with Healthcare Organizations (HCOs), ensuring compliance with company policies and all applicable regulations
  • Support the organization and execution of industry events, congresses, and medical education sessions
  • Track and analyze the impact of marketing activities through key performance indicators (KPIs) and data analytics
  • Ensure all external communications adhere to medical device regulations and Medtronic’s quality standards

Required Knowledge And Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the medical devices industry
  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks in the medical device sector, Medical Device Regulation (MDR) 
  • Demonstrated project management and organizational abilities
  • Advanced communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
