Role Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Director to lead two critical functions within Accuris:
• Sales (Australia): Driving revenue growth, market expansion, and client success across Australia.
• Sales Engineering (Asia): Leading our technical pre-sales organization to deliver customer-centric solutions, strengthen product adoption, and accelerate growth across Asia.
This dual mandate requires a senior leader with both commercial acumen and technical depth to build high-performing teams, nurture client relationships, and represent Accuris as a trusted partner across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership – Australia
• Define and execute sales strategy to achieve revenue growth targets in Australia.
• Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
• Develop strong executive-level client relationships and identify opportunities for expansion.
• Drive go-to-market initiatives and establish partnerships to grow regional presence.
• Align sales execution with global and regional business priorities.
Sales Engineering Leadership – Asia
• Lead and develop the sales engineering team across Asia, ensuring technical excellence and customer value.
• Partner with regional sales leadership to support deal cycles with tailored solutions and proof-of-concepts.
• Act as a senior technical advisor to clients, translating complex requirements into Accuris solutions.
• Oversee development of compelling demos and solution presentations.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide customer feedback and influence product direction.
Requirements
• 15+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, pre-sales, or sales engineering, with at least 7 years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record of delivering sustained revenue growth and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of engineering/technical workflows, SaaS, or enterprise solutions.
• Demonstrated success managing geographically dispersed teams across Australia and Asia.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with C-level executives.
• Ability to think strategically while executing operationally with precision.
Location
• This role will be based in Australia (for Sales leadership) with frequent collaboration and travel across Asia (for Sales Engineering leadership).
