We are seeking an Executive Assistant for Edinburgh Medical School, a pivotal role supporting the School’s leadership and providing vital administration support to the Edinburgh Medical School.

The Opportunity:

This post is full-time (35 hours per week); however, we are open to considering part-time or flexible working patterns. We are also open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working.  

The salary for this post is £34,610 to £39,906 per annum.

Your skills and attributes for success: 

  • relevant experience working as a Personal Assistant at a senior level
  • Demonstrable ability to work independently and juggle a changing workload 
  • Detail-oriented, with demonstrable problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management skills
