Inviting applications for the role of  Principal Consultant – Anaplan Scrum Master  
In this role, We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Anaplan Scrum Master to join our Agile development team. As a Anaplan Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating the Agile process and guiding the team to deliver high-quality products in a timely manner. You will play a crucial role in fostering collaboration, removing impediments, and ensuring the team adheres to Agile principles and practices.   
 
Responsibilities  
•    Agile Facilitation: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives, to ensure effective team collaboration and progress tracking.   
•    Team Empowerment: Encourage self-organization and motivate the team to continuously improve their processes and performance.   
•    Impediment Resolution: Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress and escalate issues when necessary.   
•    Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the development team and product owners, stakeholders, and other teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.   
•    Agile Principles: Ensure the team understands and follows Agile principles, values, and practices.   
•    Continuous Improvement: Facilitate retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and collaborate with the team to implement changes.   
•    Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on team progress, velocity, and other relevant Agile metrics.   
•    Project Management: Assist in project planning, monitoring, and risk management.   
•    Mentorship and Coaching: Provide guidance and coaching to team members on Agile methodologies and best practices.   
•    Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, encouraging cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.   
Qualifications we seek in you!  
Minimum Qualifications / Skills  
•    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.   
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills  
•    Proven work experience as a Scrum Master with a deep understanding of Agile principles and practices.     
•    Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is desirable.    
•    Excellent knowledge of Scrum and other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, XP).   
•    Strong understanding of Anaplan and at least 2 project experiences in Anaplan  
•    Strong leadership and facilitation skills to guide the team and resolve conflicts effectively.     
•    Experience in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) for planning and tracking.     
•    Ability to adapt Agile practices to the team's needs and project requirements.     
•    Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.     
•    Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to address challenges and foster a positive team environment.     
•    Knowledge of software development processes and the ability to understand technical aspects of the projects.     
•    Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with Agile industry trends and best practices.
