Inviting applications for the role of Delivery Manager - Supply Chain Planning for Pharma and Life Science Industry – Director - English 

In this role, you will lead high-impact supply chain planning transformations as Senior Director and Delivery Lead, such as driving end-to-end deployment of Advanced Planning Systems in the Pharma and Life Science Industry. You’ll guide cross-functional change, shape long-term client strategies, and deliver tangible outcomes. 

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale planning transformation programs with Kinaxis or comparable APS solutions, driving value realization for pharmaceutical clients 
• Own program delivery governance, ensuring milestones, quality standards, and business integration are met across multiple workstream. 
• Act as the primary liaison with client executives and internal consulting teams, ensuring strategic alignment and stakeholder engagement 
• Translate complex client challenges into scalable APS solutions aligned with future-state supply chain operating models 
• Guide solution architecture, process design, and system configuration efforts to align with pharmaceutical compliance standards 
• Facilitate executive workshops and transformation sessions to drive cross-functional alignment across supply chain, operations, and finance 
• Manage program risk, scope, and resource planning in collaboration with client and internal leadership 
• Support pre-sales and business development activities, including proposal shaping and client presentations 
• Mentor and develop high-performing consulting teams, fostering leadership, collaboration, and continuous learning 
• Contribute to thought leadership, offering development, and capability building across the SCM consulting practice 

Qualifications we seek in you! 

Minimum Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of end-to-end supply chain planning processes (demand, supply, S&OP, inventory optimization) 
• Practical experience deploying or managing transformation initiatives leveraging Kinaxis or comparable APS technologies 
• Ability to lead global, cross-functional planning transformation programs in highly regulated environments 
• Strong familiarity with supply chain planning challenges and compliance requirements in the pharmaceutical sector 
• Experience overseeing delivery assurance, project governance, and value realization across complex program portfolios 
• Executive presence and the ability to engage, influence, and advise C-suite stakeholders in global organizations 
• Strong analytical mindset with structured problem-solving skills and strategic thinking 
• Excellent communication and storytelling capabilities; able to frame complex transformation narratives with clarity 
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and foster collaboration across consulting, technical, and client environments 
• Resilience, adaptability, and decisiveness in high-pressure delivery contexts 
• Willingness and ability to travel or work in a hybrid/remote client-facing environment as needed 

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Exposure to multiple APS platforms (e.g., Kinaxis, o9, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder) 
• Experience working in highly regulated global industries, particularly in life sciences or biotech 
• Understanding of digital supply chain trends, data integration, and analytics-enablement, as well as experience with Generative/Agentic AI use cases and applications 
• Recognized as a trusted advisor in strategic client discussions 
• Experience developing SCM consulting offerings, benchmarks, or maturity models 
• Track record of contributing to practice innovation and go-to-market strategy 
• Ability to communicate in a second European language in addition to English (e.g., German, French, Italian, Spanish)
