Salary: $92,700 - $115,360 

We’re looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join our team and partner closely with business units to deliver accurate management reporting, insightful analysis, and advice. You’ll play a key role in ensuring sound financial management and helping lift financial capability across the organisation.

We’re after someone confident and experienced—someone who can own their work, thrive in a high-pressure and high-volume environment as well as have constructive conversations, and build strong relationships. You’ll be resilient, motivated, and an effective communicator across all mediums.

In this role, you’ll own the full management accounting cycle, including month-end processes, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. You’ll provide expert financial and business advice to support decision-making and contribute to project accounting—evaluating new initiatives, developing business cases, and offering ongoing financial support.

What You’Ll Bring:

• Proven experience in management accounting or a finance-related business environment
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Government finance experience preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
• A relevant tertiary qualification in finance, accounting, or commerce
• CAANZ membership (or equivalent)
