What We Are Looking For:

The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent through proactive sourcing strategies. This role partners closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build strong candidate pipelines, ensuring the company has access to highly qualified professionals for current and future hiring needs.

 

What You’Ll Be Doing:

• Conduct candidate sourcing through online platforms, referrals, and talent databases.
• Post job hiring ads across multiple job boards, platforms, and social media channels to maximize visibility.
• Review and check candidate-written assessments to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to understand workforce planning needs and create sourcing strategies accordingly.
• Track, analyze, and report on sourcing metrics and the effectiveness of strategies.
• Maintain candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with data privacy standards.
• Create Employee Referral Program posts for weekly posting on our internal communications channel.
• Create Facebook Ads for Job Postings and track ad performance by updating our summary report.
• Stay updated on talent market trends, competitor insights, and emerging sourcing tools/technologies.
• Provide general recruitment administrative support as needed.

 

Qualifications And Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or HR administration.
• Familiarity with job boards, sourcing techniques, and candidate screening.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment-related tools (e.g., Veremark, LinkedIn Recruiter).
