Backend Developer (Python/Django)

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in backend development
• Proficiency in Python and Django
• Strong knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL, including experience with database optimization
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment
• Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, code-splitting, caching)
• Solid understanding of web application security best practices

Nice To Have

• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest and Django’s built-in tools
• Familiarity with Docker and modern DevOps practices
