AR/Credit Jr. Specialist ( Hankook Tire Netherlands B.V.)

 Hankook Tire Netherlands B.V., the sales entity responsible for the Benelux market, is located in Hoofddorp near Schiphol Airport. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated AR/Credit Jr. Specialist to support our accounts receivable and credit control activities for the Benelux region.

What you will do

Accounts Receivable

• Actively monitor and follow up on outstanding payments (reminders and direct customer contact).
• Investigate and resolve AR discrepancies in line with company policies.
• Process invoices, credit/debit notes, cost ratios, and claims for returns or losses.

Credit Control

• Support credit management by reviewing credit limits and assisting with order release approvals.
• Collaborate with insurers and internal stakeholders on credit limit adjustments.
• Maintain and update customer credit information based on ordering patterns.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare monthly AR reports, including aging and credit/debit overviews.
• Coordinate external reporting such as insurance claims and third-party logistics reports.

Administration

• Maintain accurate customer master data (sold-to/ship-to details and updates).
• Issue credit/debit notes for returns or losses, subject to management approval.

What we are looking for

Must-Haves

• HBO degree (University of Applied Sciences) or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable and/or credit control
• Fluent English/Dutsch communication skills (spoken & written).

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of French is an advantage.
• Experience with ERP/IT systems.
