We are looking for a highly organized and self-motivated Virtual Assistant to support our team remotely with social media, content creation, email marketing, and event coordination tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a remote work environment, communicates effectively online, and can manage multiple digital platforms with minimal supervision. Experience or familiarity with the healthcare, chiropractic, massage therapy, physical therapy (PT), or fitness industries is strongly preferred, as they'll be helping to create content and messaging that aligns with wellness-focused services and client education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and schedule social media content across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) using scheduling tools
- Create and repurpose visual content (graphics, short-form video, blog posts) aligned with brand guidelines using Canva or similar tools for social media and blog promotion
- Design, write, and schedule newsletters via platforms in Mailchimp
- Write, edit, and publish SEO-optimized blog posts using WordPress, including formatting, image optimization, and internal/external linking
- Coordinate virtual and in-person events, including invitations, follow-up emails, calendar scheduling, and vendor communication
- Maintain a digital content calendar, organize assets, and ensure timely delivery of all content and communications
- Provide general administrative support, including email inbox management, light research, document formatting, and online communication
Requirements
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience (1–3 years) as a virtual assistant or in a similar remote support role
- Proficient in social media platforms and tools like Canva, Buffer, LinkTree, Bitly, etc
- Strong copywriting, proofreading, and digital communication skills
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, Zoom, Eventbrite, and basic project management tools (Trello, ClickUp)
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- Must have a reliable internet connection, dedicated workspace, and tech-savvy approach
- Bonus: Familiarity with simple video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, iMovie)
