Our client is seeking a reliable, creative, and proactive Social Media and SEO Assistant to support website updates, manage social media presence, and coordinate digital content. This role is perfect for someone who is technically savvy, up-to-date on social media trends, and has a strong eye for design and storytelling. You’ll play a key role in guiding strategy, improving website functionality, and enhancing engagement across platforms.
- Maintain and update a Wix website with fresh content and improvements
- Create, schedule, and manage Instagram posts to ensure a consistent brand presence
- Clean up, organize, and upload long-form video content to a YouTube channel (content provided)
- Recommend trending content ideas and best practices to drive social media growth
- Design engaging graphics and digital assets using Canva
- Use Plann (by Linktree) or similar tools to organize and schedule content
- Optimize website and social media content for SEO to improve visibility
- Support occasional posting and content management on wellness apps (e.g., Insight Timer)
- Proven experience in social media management, especially Instagram and YouTube
- Knowledge of SEO principles and optimization techniques
- Proficiency with Wix, Canva, and scheduling tools (Plann or similar)
- Strong creative sense and ability to recommend content improvements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Professional, detail-oriented, and proactive work style
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work flexible hours within the client’s timezone
