About the Role
We are seeking a Fractional CTO / Head of Process Improvement & Technology to join our leadership team. This is not a traditional product-focused CTO role—it is about streamlining operations, leveraging technology, and embedding AI across the business.

The right candidate will bring deep experience in process improvement and tech implementation while being hands-on and pragmatic. You will be both a strategist and an executor, capable of assessing bottlenecks, designing solutions, and ensuring adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Process Improvement & Optimization

Assess workflows across HR, finance, sales, and operations to identify inefficiencies.
Design and implement scalable processes that improve accuracy and reduce manual effort.
Standardize systems across functions to improve data visibility and decision-making.

Technology & Systems

Own the operational technology roadmap.
Evaluate, recommend, and integrate tools across CRM, HRIS, ERP, and finance.
Drive adoption and training to ensure systems are embedded into daily operations.

Ai & Automation

Identify opportunities for AI-driven automation in service delivery, reporting, and internal ops.
Configure, test, and roll out AI solutions aligned to business goals.
Embed AI into daily workflows to increase productivity and reduce costs.

Governance & Security

Implement protocols for data security, compliance, and vendor governance.
Ensure international operations align with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

2+ years in senior roles spanning process improvement, operations technology, or CTO-level leadership.
Proven track record of implementing scalable processes and automation in fast-growing companies.
Strong working knowledge of SaaS tools (CRM, HRIS, ERP, finance) and integrations.
Hands-on experience applying AI and automation to solve operational challenges.
Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on delivery.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
