- Responsible for identifying,analysing and mitigating ckt impact due to repeat network faults.
- Coordinate across NOC, field teams, and planning for swift resolution
- Provide timely updates to internal stakeholders and clients on progress
- Analyse frequent faults and escalation trends to identify improvement plans
- Co-relate faults with geography and topology
- Maintain and update tracker of repeat faults with action status and ownership
- Candidates should possess good communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in Tx & core domain.
- Strong understanding of customer service, and technical knowledge Tx network elements, including SDH, PTN GPON etc
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Hands on Experience of Report preparation & publishing
- Analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS excel, Data analyses & Presentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Innovative thinking for analysing customer issues and resolution.
