Team Member - Inventory Management

Job responsibility

This role is responsible for Ageing Inventory Reduction ( >180 Days ), Capex Procurement Efficiency, Assets Capitalization & governance , Disposal of Non Usable Inventory across Network Locations and WH, Inventory Check at Non WH locations.

• Prepare & Publish Daily Stock Report with Ageing and Material /WBSE Categorization (Frequency-Daily)
• Prepare & Publish GRN vs Consumption, Open PO Reports with Material/WBSE Categorization (Frequency-Daily)
• Mapping updated Deployment Plans , Usability/Non Usability , Material Category Owners in the Ageing Stock Report ( Frequency-Monthly)
• MRF RFS Pendency (Frequency –Weekly)
• Disposal Proposal /ENFA Preparation and Scrap of Non usable materials ( Frequency –Annual)
• Quarterly Deployment Plan submission to Finance / Auditors ( Frequency –Quarterly)
• BRSR report to Quality ( Frequency –Annual)
• Inventory Dashboard (Frequency –Monthly)

Span of control: PAN India       Key Customer Network field teams  /Planning,   SCM, CPO, Finance, Product                   Necessary Preferred Skills 

• Working/Hands on knowledge of  SAP ECC/Hana Transaction types
• Working/Hands on knowledge of Excel, PPT
• Knowledge of Network Materials
• SCM processes

  Qualification B.E (Instrumentation)/MBA   Overall Work Experience  > 15 Years   Behavioural Attributes

•  Work closely with other cross functional Teams.    
•  Self-motivated with positive attitude
