Your Team

This position sits within UBS BB’s leading Investment Banking team, based in São Paulo. It has a sound reputation with an exemplary track record and is recognized by clients, other advisors and competitors as one of the leading franchises in the Latin American market.

Your Expertise

• • 4+ years of Investment Banking experience with a leading bank or advisory boutique
• • proven financial analysis and modelling skills, incl. LBO and DCF valuation
• • demonstrate communication and project management skills with the ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients and key stakeholders in other lines of business
• • eagerness to learn, develop and grow within corporate finance. Self-directed, entrepreneurial, highly motivated, and able to work independently
• • proven understanding of transaction cycle and execution process steps as well as broader investment banking products
• • fluency in Portuguese and English, and other languages a plus
