Your Team

You'll be working as an Android Engineer in the Client Platforms crew in India. We are responsible for WMA (Wealth Management Americas) client facing technology applications. This leadership role entails working with teams in US, Poland, Hungary and India. You will play an important role of ensuring scalable development methodology is followed across multiple teams and participate in strategy discussions with business, and technology strategy discussions with architects. Your Expertise

You have:
•total 12+years of experience required.
• hands on experience developing Android apps
• bachelor's degree in either Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics
• expert level understanding of the Android SDK and Android development paradigms
• very high proficiency with the Java language and strong proficiency with the Kotlin language
• preferred experience with RxKotlin or similar reactive frameworks
• can effectively lead on challenging technical use cases
• a passion for Android and a commitment to building award-winning apps
• a collaborative attitude
• a track record of publishing apps to the Google Play Store
• strong analytical, problem solving, debugging skills
• good verbal and written communication and organizational skills
• demonstrable experience being able to work to tight timelines on multiple detailed activities simultaneously
• experience working with agile methodology, especially scrum

• able to operate successfully in a matrix environment
• proactive and detail-oriented, yet comfortable working in a dynamic environment with fast paced deliveries and changing requirements
• highly motivated, able to work independently and apply own initiative
