We ensure the children are able to use this as a language for learning, which builds resilience and independence. 

We have a vacancy for a Teaching Assistant to work 24 hours per week, term time plus 2 INSET days on a fixed term basis until 31st August 2026. The successful candidate will be able to use their own initiative as well as being a team player with a solution focused mindset. All Teaching Assistants work closely with children with SEND and will be flexible to work across all year groups as needed, including EYFS.
