About The Role

We are looking for a Compliance Officer to uphold Solidgate’s compliance standards, support growth in regulated markets, and safeguard the company from financial, legal, and reputational risks. This role ensures robust compliance and proper due diligence on business clients.

What you’ll be doing

• Carry out thorough KYC checks for both new and ongoing clients, making sure everything fully meets regulatory requirements and internal standards.
• Investigate client websites and operations to ensure they comply with Card Schemes and acquirers.
• Communicate clearly with clients and partners throughout the onboarding and KYC processes.
• Identify, flag, and report any suspicious activity or potential risks quickly and accurately.
• Support internal teams to make sure compliance policies are consistently applied across the business.

What You’Ll Need

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Law, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in law firms, financial institutions, or compliance functions
• Strong analytical skills and extreme attention to detail
• Advanced English (spoken and written)
• Understanding of compliance frameworks, AML/KYC requirements, and regulatory obligations
• Fast learner with a systematic approach and strong ownership mindset

Nice To Have

• Experience in fintech, payments, or banking
• Knowledge of AML software and client screening platforms
• Professional compliance certifications (ACAMS, ICA, etc.)
