Along with servicing its joint venture partner, Speedo, the company also services premier international brands such as In Private, Aerie, and Land’s End, and is the go-to manufacturer for high-performance swimwear worn by Olympic athletes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in manual and Lectra-based pattern making using spec sheets.
• Interpret tech packs and design sketches for accurate pattern creation.
• Perform pattern grading, alterations, and digitization.
• Work on various swimwear styles including underwire, rash guards, and kids' wear.
• Operate plotting systems and develop “How to Measure” guides.
• Analyze fabric behavior and apply shrinkage allowances during development.

Skills And Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Pattern Design, Textiles (Focus on Pattern Design) or other related qualification.
